John van Dijk


John is my power trainer. He supports me so good and every preparation brings me to a higher level. The strange thing is when I get to that level I think “It can’t get any better than this”, but every time he seems to hit a different snare and it does get better. For me that is his biggest quality. By not being a trainer that is focussed on 1 or 2 things he keeps evolving and mixing up different exercises. He is the best in the game.
